Accommodations

• Prices are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
• Each room has a private bath with claw foot tub or tub/shower.
• Most beds are antique full size with some queen size available.
• The Artist Loft will accommodate up to four people.
• Rates range from $118 - $159 per night and are subject to state and local tax. Single rates are $6 less per room. Additional people in a room are $10 each. Rates are subject to change without notice, except for advance deposit reservations.

Reservations

• A deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, whichever is greater, is due within seven days of making your reservation.
• A confirmed reservation obligates both the Black Mountain Inn and the guest for the entire length of the stay reserved. Should your plans change, be sure to call us at least 14 days prior to your reservation to ensure a refund of your deposit (less a $25.00 cancellation fee)
• In the event of a late cancellation or an early departure, guests are responsible for the entire reserved stay.
• Deposits are not transferable to another date, however, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place.

Children

Well-behaved, closely-supervised children are welcome in rooms that accommodate an additional person. Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with children.

Payments

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, travelers checks, cash and personal checks.

Pets

Well-behaved, supervised pets are welcome in rooms that are pet friendly. A $10 pet fee will be added to your room rate.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed outside the inn.

Check-in and Check-out

The innkeeper requests that you check in between 4 pm and 6 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please make arrangements in advance by telephone. Check-out is by 11:00 am Monday through Saturday and 1:00 on Sundays.

Additional Amenities

For special occasions, wine or roses can be waiting in your room (call for current rates). Enjoy horseback riding (we can make arrangements for you), whitewater rafting, hiking, golf or tennis or just sit back and enjoy the gardens.
